Shipping Policy

At Proper Pet, we aim to get your order packed and delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via Sendle (carbon-neutral delivery).


1. Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

- We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia, calculated at checkout.

- Free shipping is available on orders over AUD $100.

- Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Metro areas: 2–5 business days

Regional areas: 3–10 business days

Remote locations: up to 14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak holiday periods.


3. Tracking Your Order

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Sendle tracking link.

- You can track your delivery in real-time via the Sendle website.


4. Authority to Leave

- Sendle generally provides Authority to Leave (ATL) at your address.

- If no one is home, the parcel may be left in a safe location.

- Proper Pet is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as "Delivered" by Sendle.


5. Shipping Restrictions

- We currently ship within Australia only.

- We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect addresses (Sendle restriction).


6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

- Please contact us at 📧 proper.pet.au@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

- We’ll work with Sendle to resolve the issue quickly.
